SUBJECT PREDICATE

                                          SUBJECT  PREDICATE

A Sentence is made up of  two parts , one is Subject and another is Predicate . Subject is basically a noun or pronoun about whom or what sentence is about while Predicate tells something more about the subject .
for eg :  Suddenly , He opened the door with a great bang .      question arises - who opened the door ?
and the answer is - He
HE , is a pronoun and answer to question ''who '', it means he is the doer of the action , and   whom the sentence is about . therefore HE is the Subject .

And Predicate is rest of the sentence including verb , which gives us or tells us something more about subject .
Predicate  - opened the door with a great bang .
